What we collect

When you book: your name, phone number, address, any location you choose to share, notes for the washer, and the cars you book for (type, and a name if you give one).

Your orders: what you booked, when, the price, and whether it has been paid.

If you sign in with Google or Apple: your name and email address from that account. Otherwise you book as a guest and we keep an anonymous sign-in on your device so you can see your orders.

If you allow notifications in the app: a code from your phone that lets us send them.

Why we use it

To carry out the wash or tint you booked: so the washer can find you, call you and know which cars to do.

To send you the order details, invoice and updates about your booking.

To keep business and accounting records, as the law requires.

Who sees it

Our own team: the owner, staff and the washer assigned to your booking.

The services that run the site and app for us: Google Firebase (database and sign-in) and Vercel (hosting). Order alerts with your name, phone and address are sent to our team's Telegram group.

We do not sell your details, show you advertising, or share them with anyone else, unless the law requires it. Payment by Fawran happens in your own bank's app; we never see your bank details.

How long we keep it

Your saved details and cars stay until you delete them. Orders and invoices are kept for as long as accounting law requires, even after an account is deleted.

Your choices

You can see your orders and saved cars under My orders, remove saved cars there, and delete your account or saved details at any time from the same page.

To correct or remove anything else, message us on WhatsApp.
